Phoebe Foundation Africa (PFA) is a beacon of hope, founded in 2015 by Febby Chisha with a profound commitment to uplifting the vulnerable communities in Zambia and beyond.

Officially registered under the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services in Zambia in 2018, PFA operates from its base at plot number 1224 New Twapia Township in Ndola.

Guided by a voluntary Board comprising sixteen dedicated Zambian board members and international board members.
The organization is steadfast in its mission, with a strategic plan spanning five years to steer its initiatives. PFA’s focus spans eight core areas, with the establishment of ten  Nest Centres in 2015 marking a pivotal step towards community empowerment.

Emphasizing capacity building and self-reliance, PFA nurtures community and church structures, empowering them to catalyze individual and collective transformation.
